关于开展“校园休眠饭卡”专项清退工作的公告

各位师生、校园一卡通用户:

为了进一步规范我校校园一卡通的使用和管理，根据上级部署，决定对“校园休眠饭卡”进行专项清退。现将有关事项公告如下：

一、清退对象

本次专项清理的对象为“校园休眠饭卡”，是指截止2026年4月，连续两年以上未使用过的、但卡内留有余额的校园一卡通，包括教工卡、学生卡、校友卡和临时卡。

二、办理方式

自本公告发布之日起至2026年6月15日，将个人信息发送至指定邮箱(包含持卡人姓名、在读期间使用的护照号、护照页、手机号、中国银行卡卡号)，学校收到学生的退费申请后，将逐一核实校园卡余额，并后续与相关学生沟通具体退款事宜。

三、重要说明

1.信息登记成功后，退还余额预计10个工作日内到账。

2.逾期仍未办理的学生，校园卡一卡通余额将按相关规定由学校统一处理。

3.本次清退工作所涉校园卡类型复杂、卡片信息不完整，过程中可能存在误操作的情况，敬请谅解。

4.本次工作已由学校于2026年5月31日在“宁波大学”官微作公布与周知。

Notice on the Special Clearance of Dormant Campus Meal Cards

To all faculty, students, and campus card users:

To further standardize the use and management of the university’s campus card system, and in accordance with directives from higher authorities, a special clearance of “dormant campus meal cards” will be conducted. The relevant arrangements are hereby announced as follows:

I. Targeted Cards

This clearance applies to “dormant campus meal cards”—that is, campus cards that have not been used for more than two consecutive years as of April 2026 but still have a remaining balance. This includes faculty cards, student cards, alumni cards, and temporary cards.

II. Application Procedure

From the date of this notice until June 15, 2026, affected users are required to send the following personal information to the designated email address: cardholder’s name, passport number used during their study period, a scanned copy of the passport page, phone number, and a Chinese bank account number. Upon receiving student refund request, the university will verify the campus card balance and subsequently contact relevant student to arrange the refund details.

III. Important Notes

1.Once the information has been successfully registered, the refund is expected to be credited within 10 working days.

2.For cases that remain unprocessed after the deadline, the remaining balance on the campus card will be handled by the university in accordance with relevant regulations.

3.Due to the large number of cards involved, the variety of card types, and incomplete cardholder information, there may be operational errors during the process. We appreciate your understanding.

4.This clearance work has already been announced and made known to the public via the official WeChat public account of Ningbo University on May 31, 2026.
